The Colours of Milan: Introducing the Lucida Luce Collection
May 26, 2026
Rooted in the graphic contrasts of contemporary Milanese architecture, the new Lucida Luce collection translates the city’s visual energy into a series of sculptural lighting objects. Reflective surfaces, geometric lines, and bold colour compositions — defining features of modern Milan — serve as the creative foundation for each piece.
Deep jewel tones interact through layered crystal forms, casting shifting reflections across walls and floors as natural and artificial light change throughout the day. The result is an object that is never static: its presence in a space evolves from morning to evening, responding to its environment with colour and movement.
Architectural silhouettes and sculptural volumes echo the rhythm of the city, elevating every piece beyond pure function. Lucida Luce is designed to bring colour, light, and a distinct atmospheric presence into an interior.
To explore the thinking behind the collection, designer Andrea Larsson documented her time in Milan — moving through the city’s architectural contrasts and expressive colour compositions that directly shaped the project.
