Botteganove laboratory is located in Nove, a small town in the Vicenza countryside known throughout the world for its artistic ceramics and kept alive, until a few years ago, by shops and ateliers. It was the desire to save what remains of the local manufacturing tradition that convinced us to remain among the earthen mixtures, plaster molds and ovens. Our ceramic mosaics, decorated with iridescent lusters and gold foil or enhanced by the soft opacity of porcelain, are born from the evolution of the ceramic mosaic, reinterpreted by us together with the designers. Each piece is made and decorated by hand, following techniques capable of communicating with today’s design culture, to create wallcoverings that have the uniqueness of a work of art and the aesthetics of contemporaneity.
